Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual plans can be upgraded mid-year with prorated credit applied.
All cost estimates are sourced from publicly available official fee schedules (FDA Federal Register, TGA fee summaries, Health Canada published rates, SFDA fee guides, etc.) and are current as of the source check date shown against each item. We recommend always verifying final fees directly with the relevant authority before budgeting, as government fees are updated periodically.
GORA AI currently focuses on cardiovascular medical devices including coronary stents, PTCA balloons, drug-coated balloons, structural heart devices, atherectomy systems, heart failure devices, and imaging catheters. Support for additional therapeutic areas — including neurology, orthopaedics, and IVDs — is on our roadmap. Enterprise customers can request custom device configuration ahead of the general release.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We do not share your regulatory data with third parties, and your product configurations and dossier notes are private to your account. Your data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt); Enterprise customers can discuss UK hosting. We are working towards ISO 27001 certification.
